Q1: Are your items 100% Authentic?

A: We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. buy with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by our knowledgeable staff for condition and authenticity.

Q3: How do I receive updates on new arrivals?

A: There are many ways to check up on new updates from us. Here are some options:

Q4: What is the consignment fee?

A: The consignment fee is 85/15 for new items and 80/20 for used items. Meaning consignors will recieve 85% / 80% of the final sale price. There is no fee to sell the item(s). We take only take a percentage after your item has been sold

Q5: Who sets the prices?

A: Consignors work with one of our staff members to set their desired sales prices for their own items. Prices will vary depending on rarity, condition, size availability, and on how quickly the seller wishes to sell.


Q6: What if I want certain prices for my item(s)?

A: We deal with the consignor directly in order to find a fair price for any item that is consigned with us. We make sure to give a price that is fair for our customers, as well as our consignors.

We recommend our consignor to set their item price at current market value. Prices for similar items may vary depending on the condition, size, rarity, and how fast do they want it to be sold.

Q7: What products can I consign?

New or slightly worn items. Only AUTHENTIC items will be accepted.


Q8: Where can I drop of my item(s)?

A: The length of time it takes for an item to sell varies. We do not guarantee a specific time frame for selling items.


Q10: When will I know when my item(s) is/are sold?

A: We will notify you via email and phone when your item is sold.


Q11: How will I get the money for my item(s) that have been sold?

A: We issue a check to you for pick up at our store or it can be mailed to you. There is a $10 surchage for checks mailed within the U.S..

    • You can also take store credit. If you want to purchase something in store or save it for later.

Q12: What if I want my item(s) back?

A: All consignors may withdraw their item(s) at anytime. Any item that is withdrawn under 14 days will have a surcharge of $10.


Q13: Why are prices different for the same item(s) in different sizes?

A: We sell shoes on a consignment basis. Prices are set by our customers, hence the difference in prices


Q14: Why are some items described as "vintage"?

A: Some shoes will be described as "vintage", may not be suitable for wear and may deteriorate with actual wear. We carefully inspect the condition of shoes, but we are not responsible for items after it is purchased. Shoes should be worn with discretion. Some examples will be:

    • Old Nike from the 90s having upper and midsole separation
    • Original Model Air Jordan midsole cracking
    • Pop Air bubble from Nike Air Maxes

Q15: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), on Paypal. We accept Cash for in-store pick up on items. Please call before hand to make sure we have the item available.

(Note: we only ship to credit card billing address / Paypal confirmed address)


Q16: Will I have to pay sales tax?

A: All orders purchased or shipped within New York will be subject to NY sales tax (8.875%)


Q17: Can I get additional pictures of the item(s)?

A: We try to provide our sellers with the most detailed picture of items. But if additional pictures are needed they can be requested. Just email info@image-ny.com with "Requesting more pictures" as the subject with the item name and number.


Q18: Do you accept trades?

A: We usually do not accept trades. But on rare occasions on limited items, we may.


Q19: Why was my order canceled and refunded?

A: If your order was canceled and refunded, it usually means the item was out of stock.


Q20: Is it safe to shop with us?

A: Yes, It is very safe to shop with us. All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https).


Q21: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final. There are no refunds, no exchanges, due to most items are being sold on consignment.

Please contact us if you have any questions about sizing of a particular style of shoe, clothing, condition etc. before you make your purchase.


Q22: What shipping method do you use?

A: We ship items USPS/USPS EMS and UPS.


Q23: How much do you charge for shipping?

A: Shipping varies depending on items.


 

Q24: Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?

A: For security purposes, we can only ship orders to your credit card billing address or the PayPal confirmed address if you check out using PayPal.


Q25: How do I track my package?

A: You will be provided with a tracking/delivery confirmation number once your order has been shipping via email.
